Fees - New Fee since 1th June 2010!

Your advertisement cost a single fee. There will be no further cost, e.g. for a successful deal! If you are club member of AMCD you profit from reduced fee.

The advertisements will be put as soon as the fee is on the bank account. The update of the advertisement market is on the rule two times a week.

Duration of advertisements

Advertisements of rent out, rent and exchange will be deleted after the day of arrival, flexible weeks at the end of the year. If you put an advertisement for resale or purchase it will be public for 18 month.

Change of advertisement

The change of advertisement is free (e.g. change of price, weeks of the apartment) .
